Existing holders of annual, one-month, and three-month passes can buy a new pass for the same time period with a 5% discount no later than 7 days after the expiration of the old pass.

Family discount: 5% discount on annual passes for parents/guardians (does not apply to adults with concession status) and 10% discount for children. Minimum: 1 parent/guardian and 1 child. Maximum: 2 parents/guardians and 3 children. Applies to children under 18.

The discounts are not combinable; the highest discount per person always applies, except during promotional campaigns where additional discounts are added (e.g., ticket presales, extending tickets for longer periods).

The passes are non-transferable. After purchase, the pass must be activated with the first visit to the climbing center within 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period of the pass begins with the first visit to the center. The one-month pass is valid for 1 month from the first visit; the three-month pass is valid for 3 months from the first visit; the annual pass is valid for 12 months from the first visit.
